Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant to manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensure compliance with UK laws, and provide expert client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and manage data changes.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
- Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies.
- Implement and optimize payroll systems.
- Generate and analyze payroll reports.
- Proven experience in payroll processing (multi-client preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
- Familiarity with payroll systems like Sage or ADP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Preferred: CIPP qualification, experience with auto-enrolment pensions, and payroll system implementation.
