Payroll Supervisor / Payroll Manager

Our client, a well-established, family-owned business, is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to oversee payroll operations for both salaried and hourly employees. Compensation:

  • $80,000 - $85,000 + Year-End Bonus

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Processing weekly and semi-monthly payrolls, including per diems, benefits, and third-party sick pay.
  • Overseeing payroll tax payments, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Managing union payroll reporting and agreements.
  • Administering 401(k) deductions, benefits eligibility, and reporting.
  • Ensuring accurate payroll posting to the general ledger.
  • Handling certified payroll and OCIP reporting.
  • Completing year-end reporting, including W-2s and ACA compliance.

What You'll Need to be Considered:

  • Experience with high-volume payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with Sage 300 CRE (Timberline) and HH2 timekeeping is a plus.
  • Multi-state payroll experience (AL, TN, GA) is preferred.
  • Union payroll knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
