Job Description
Handle have partnered up with a Global Entertainment business and we are looking for a UK Payroll Manager to join a growing team in Hammersmith on a hybrid working model.
We are looking for candidates who have worked for large Multi-national business, working across a large payroll team and management experience. This role will be managing x5 Analysts and remote workers, so experience with remote workers is desirable.
Responsibilities include:- Time and Payroll team management
- Payroll processing, statutory reporting and audit support across the business
- Payroll SLA, controls and compliance standards
- Oversee Stock Options/RSU and LTIC payments (Local transfers)
- Act as primary vendor contract
- Regulatory compliance and knowledge of tax and UK guidelines
- EMEA Payroll SLA, MCPO Vendor exposure
- Payroll qualification
- Retail/Entertainment industry experience
- SAP and MCPO payroll models
- Workday
