Job Description

People & Culture Manager - Contract - £275 - 300/day

Hybrid, Solihull

I am working with a growing scale-up based in the West Midlands. They are a Tech based platform that has been continually disrupting their sector. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and personable People & Culture Manager who thinks outside the box of a typical HR function. We require them to be qualified or working towards, CIPD Level 5 with a good amount of experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Details:

  • Experience working in a tech start-up
  • CIPD Level 5 holds or working towards
  • Great communication skills
  • Passionate about diversity and inclusivity in the workplace
  • Discreet and trustworthy with the ability to build strong relationships
  • 10 Month initial contract
  • Outside IR35
  • £275 - 300/Day
  • 3 days onsite hybrid in Solihull
