What You'll Do

  1. You'll work closely with divisional Directors to develop and implement a people strategy that drives business success.
  2. As a key partner, you will lead on talent and succession planning, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  3. Your role will also involve recruitment management, working collaboratively with hiring managers and our Talent Acquisition team to ensure we bring in the best people for our growing business.
  4. In a fast-moving environment, you'll be responsible for delivering organisational change and transformation, including restructuring projects.
  5. You'll provide expert guidance on employee relations and compliance, ensuring managers are well-equipped to handle employment law and conflict resolution.
  6. By using HR analytics, you'll identify trends, measure performance, and drive employee engagement.
  7. Building trusted relationships with senior leaders, you'll ensure our people initiatives align with overall business goals.

We're looking for a commercially minded HR leader with a track record of delivering business-aligned people strategies. You'll need strong change management expertise, including experience with recruitment, restructuring, and performance management.

A resilient and agile approach is essential-you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while keeping a people-first mindset. Strong analytical skills and experience in workforce planning will help you make data-driven decisions.
