What You'll Do
- You'll work closely with divisional Directors to develop and implement a people strategy that drives business success.
- As a key partner, you will lead on talent and succession planning, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Your role will also involve recruitment management, working collaboratively with hiring managers and our Talent Acquisition team to ensure we bring in the best people for our growing business.
- In a fast-moving environment, you'll be responsible for delivering organisational change and transformation, including restructuring projects.
- You'll provide expert guidance on employee relations and compliance, ensuring managers are well-equipped to handle employment law and conflict resolution.
- By using HR analytics, you'll identify trends, measure performance, and drive employee engagement.
- Building trusted relationships with senior leaders, you'll ensure our people initiatives align with overall business goals.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a commercially minded HR leader with a track record of delivering business-aligned people strategies. You'll need strong change management expertise, including experience with recruitment, restructuring, and performance management.
A resilient and agile approach is essential-you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while keeping a people-first mindset. Strong analytical skills and experience in workforce planning will help you make data-driven decisions.
