Position Overview:

Your primary focus in this role will be ensuring that our People programs and activities for France and Nordic countries sustain our culture and enable employees and managers to achieve success. In this role, you will report into the Senior HR Manager for Nordics, Southern Europe, and UK.

The successful candidate will be very comfortable with a high level of autonomy, demonstrate a strong desire to impact people and the business through influence and coaching when necessary, and the ability to drive results in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Partner effectively with all levels of management in France and the Nordics who lead Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Technical teams.
• Run and develop programs that help employees achieve success in their roles and grow within the organization (onboarding, tailored career paths, and development opportunities).
• Help Trend develop a local set of activities that reinforces our commitment to being an inclusive company.
• Run team workshops/interventions as needed.
• Own the Employee Relations processes and effectively support Managers in navigating these.
• Build knowledge, monitor legislative changes, and champion internal policies and processes.
• Support immigration and relocation processes as needed.

Qualifications:

• A self-starter mentality with the ability to work with little guidance.
• Comfortable with a high level of ambiguity.
• Highly sociable, while comfortable with high discretion and having difficult conversations.
• Curious about all things HR and Tech.
• Ability to flex between being hands-on and pulling resources to help and support.
• Thrives in new situations where solutions must be found.
• High level of empathy and influencing skills.

You have:

• 3+ years of experience within Human Resources as a generalist at startup, technology companies, or as an HR consultant.
• Strong knowledge of French Employment law, ideally with some experience working with other international Employment laws.
• Ability to juggle several priorities while meeting deadlines.
• A positive "can do" attitude and flexible approach.
• Proven interpersonal and influencing skills at every level.
