Description

People Partner - 6 month FTC

When you'll be in the office depends on your role, but you can expect to work from our London office between 8-12 days per month.

To support this, the successful applicant should be within a reasonably commutable distance to our office (Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HB).

Join the EVolution:

You will play a key role in driving the people strategy forwards across the Tech & Product business, providing strategic partnering to leadership and their respective teams.

You'll also be responsible for:

  • Supporting the improvement of people and business performance, utilising data and the people relationships you build to drive decision making.
  • Facilitating the building of a diverse talent pipeline and ensuring the retention of key talent.
  • Working in conjunction with the Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition and People Ops teams to deliver a product-led/solution based approach to support your key stakeholders.
  • Owning key elements of the people strategy, taking an active lead on key projects.

Electrify us with your skills:
We think the role would be great for somebody who has previously supported a Tech & Product business unit within an organisation, providing day to day people/HR support. The following would also support a successful application:

  • Strong knowledge and application of HR policies and processes.
  • Ability to analyse data and use it to support people-led decisions.
  • A good working knowledge of employment law.
