Job Description

A wide range of Tasks

  1. The Business Partner Area Risk, as part of Trading IT, focuses on IT delivery for the risk area of trading. A particular focus is on improving automation and process efficiency, as well as continuously improving risk reporting. In the role of Platform Operations Manager Beacon, you will perform the following tasks:

  2. Beacon Management:

    1. Lead service, platform and vendor management within the Beacon team.
    2. Develop strategies to optimise beacon service quality and platform performance.

  3. Supplier management:

    1. Manage and coordinate supplier relationships.
    2. Conduct contract negotiations and ensure performance monitoring.

  4. Service Level Agreements (SLAs):

    1. Ensure compliance with SLAs and drive continuous improvement of service processes.

  5. Stakeholder management:

    1. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business objectives.

  6. Performance monitoring:

    1. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of Beacon platforms and services.

  7. Technical management:

    1. Maintain AzureDevOps and control the deployment pipeline.
