Luxoft DXC Technology Company is an established company focusing on consulting and implementation of complex projects in the financial and Insurance industry. Together with the customer, we deliver top performance! For one of our clients in the UK Insurance Segment, we are looking for a PMO Analyst with Insurance background.

Responsibilities

  • As a PMO Analyst, you will be working at the heart of strategic programmes, setting the standards and providing tools, approaches, and guidance. You will steer programmes towards a steady state through the application of governance, planning, risk, issues, and financial management.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Programme Director/Manager for complex and large-scale projects across the key PMO pillars: Oversight, Insight, Foresight, and Hindsight.
  • Proactively highlight deviations, trends, and issues ahead of time (Governance).
  • Identify themes and areas for investigation to support delivery (Planning).
  • Ensure change is managed within risk tolerances to enable predictable, no-surprises delivery (Risk Management).
  • Monitor financials, ensuring that agreed investment is spent appropriately and taking corrective actions as needed (Financial Oversight).
  • Engage with a range of stakeholders across all aspects of Change activity to drive effective support deployment.

SKILLS

Must have

  • Proven PMO experience with a strong track record of delivering change.
  • Experience with Planview.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and inquisitive approach.
  • Passion for removing waste and complexity in processes.
  • Proficiency in key change management tools such as Planview and JIRA.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Understanding of IT and Business Portfolios and strategy.

Nice to have

Understanding of Aviva's change framework and ability to guide through this process alongside the general PMO skills would be a perfect background for this role, but not obligatory.
