Portfolio Broker - Marlin Fac Team

Aon is currently recruiting a Portfolio Broker to join our Marlin Global MGA team in London, UK.

The role involves the design and broking of proprietary facility solutions that enhance how we serve our Aon Facultative clients across the globe. Working alongside the Head of Placement, Marlin Global MGA, the candidate will support the materialisation of Aon's growth strategy in this portfolio solutions segment.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

As a Portfolio Broker some of your key responsibilities will involve:

• Building and developing market relationships, both Lloyd's syndicates and international company markets.
• Supporting growth strategies, including the optimisation of current Aon Re facility solutions.
• Placement role, including strategy and programme design.

As a Portfolio Broker your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Excellent understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes.
• Experience of managing effective market relationships.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High level of numeracy.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent understanding and application of compliance and FCA regulation.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
