Location: Central London (2 days work from home per week)

Salary: £50K - £60K DOE

We're seeking an experienced Account Director to join a leading PR agency's Consumer Tech team. This agency is known for its award-winning work across consumer technology, retail, lifestyle, and home entertainment, delivering impactful campaigns for high-profile brands.

In this role, you'll lead accounts for a major technology retailer, a leading gaming manufacturer, a consumer tech brand, and a smart home brand. You'll bring deep expertise in consumer technology and retail, with strong connections across print, digital, broadcast, and social platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Leading and coordinating PR campaigns across multiple high-profile consumer tech accounts.
2. Identifying and leveraging news opportunities, drafting spokesperson commentary, and driving social editorial.
3. Applying your deep understanding of the tech news & social landscape to generate media opportunities.
4. Maximizing your extensive media and influencer network to secure top-tier coverage in the consumer tech space.
5. Managing product launches, reviews, and thought leadership campaigns to position brands at the forefront of the industry.

Who You Are:

1. A proven Account Director with agency experience in consumer technology.
2. A strong communicator and leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.
3. An expert in media relations, with strong connections across consumer tech, national, and broadcast media.
4. Experienced in influencer campaigns, particularly within gaming, smart home, or emerging tech (a bonus!).
5. Skilled in developing creative, impactful content that resonates with tech-savvy audiences.
6. Have an extensive network of tech media and influencer contacts.
7. Understand the fast-evolving consumer tech landscape, including trends in AI, gaming, smart devices, and wearables.
