Job Description
Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a Public Relations Manager to join one of our leading global law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office. Reporting to the Senior PR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing strategies that enhance the firm's profile, particularly outside the United States. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive profile-raising efforts, securing media placements to position firm and lawyers as industry leaders.
- Develop and implement strategic media plans to support business development objectives.
- Respond swiftly to current events, providing insightful recommendations for thought leadership and public relations.
- Manage day-to-day PR activities, including writing and distributing press releases, drafting media pitches, and securing interview opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with reporters and collaborate with the firm's Awards & Recognitions team on award submissions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or journalism (advanced degree preferred).
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills, strong writing ability, and proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
