Salary: 40000GBP - 50000GBP DoE

What will I be doing?

As a Pre-Sales Engineer you will:

  • Pioneer pre-sales engagements to understanding what the customer wants.
  • Showcase the value of our software to senior stakeholders via compelling demos.
  • Collaborate with our excellent sales, product, and implementation teams.
  • Develop knowledge by monitoring industry trends and customer needs.
  • Influence product development and future roadmaps with expert insight.
  • Champion System C at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

What are we looking for?

To be a successful Pre-Sales Engineer you should have:

  • Proven experience of the pre-sales process or the social care sector.
  • The ability influence and engage stakeholders.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset that understands customer needs.
  • Experience supporting high-value contracts and procurement processes.
  • The organisation to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to work from our city centre office and from home, occasional travel to customer sites may be required. Please note this role will be known internally as Pre-Sales Consultant.
