Position Purpose

This role will offer the opportunity to learn about and assist with the daily Precious Metals operations within SFL.

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include:

• Facilitating transactions of physical bars/coins with customers.
• Managing pre-refined material from collection to final assay with refineries.
• Tracking of shipments from collection until delivery.
• Arranging and maintaining financing deals and inventory.
• Quote & Premium requests from Carriers / Refineries.
• Daily Invoicing: All exports/imports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Carriers and Refineries.
• Daily & monthly reconciliations of external nostros / physical depositories.
• Liaising with the FO / BO Precious Metals team globally.
• Working with relevant internal teams for compliance, risk, and cash management expertise.
• Internal system reconciliations.
• Ad hoc problem resolution as required.
• Follow and understand all internal procedures & comply with general FCA principles of business.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

Degree level or equivalent education (preferred).
