We are currently recruiting for a Pricing Lead to join our established and experienced Commercial Lines Pricing team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Role RequirementsAs the Liability Pricing Lead, you'll be at the forefront of crafting innovative pricing strategies for complex and high-impact casualty portfolios. Working closely with senior stakeholders and underwriting teams, you'll drive analytics, advanced pricing models, and strategic solutions that make a real difference to the business.

With plenty of opportunities to drive innovation, challenge the status quo, and influence business decisions, this role offers both growth and impact.
The IndividualProven experience in commercial lines pricing, with a good background in developing and implementing pricing strategies for insurance products, particularly in the UK and European markets. Experience in managing high-impact pricing projects, preferably within specialty lines, with a clear understanding of the challenges and complexities of casualty pricing.
Solid experience in working with pricing models, actuarial techniques, and advance analytics, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing a high-performing team of analysts. Ability to mentor and coach junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment with good stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of influencing senior leaders and underwriting teams.
