Principal Application Consultant - The Role:
We are looking for a Principal Application Consultant to assist the Application Services Manager/ Head of Service Management ensuring a high standard of service is provided to Broadstone. The work of the team covers a mixture of data migrations, automation and general software support for defined benefit, defined contribution, CARE based schemes, flex benefits and employee benefits.
A primary focus to the role is around undertaking (including checking) a lead role in new client scheme implementations and data migration work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake scheme migrations, automatic routines, report writing and support work where required.
- Assist in planning for and testing system upgrades
- Assist in the successful implantation of legislative changes
- Assist in monitoring internal team procedures and systems and initiate changes as required
Your Skills & Experience:
- You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience carrying out a similar role
- Experience of project management methodology
- Experience of programming and content management languages such as HTML, SQL, .net, VBA, C# etc.
- Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent)
