Principal Consultant

Project Duration: 15 days
Location: Blended (Onsite in Farnborough when needed)
Must-Have Skills:

• VMware NSX-T Consulting
• VMware NSX-T Design
• VMware NSX-T Implementation

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Security Clearance (SC Cleared)

Day-to-Day Tasks: As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for the migration from NSX-V to NSX-T. This engagement includes the following components:

• NSX-V Environment: Up to one (1) environment
• NSX-V Manager Instances: Up to one (1) instance
• ESXi Hosts to Migrate: Up to four (4) hosts

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and discovering the current NSX-V environment configuration.
• Creating design and planning documentation for the NSX-V to NSX-T migration.
• Reviewing and obtaining customer signature on the design and migration plan.
• Deploying NSX-T Manager VMs.
• Creating IP pools.
• Deploying NSX-T Edges.
• Importing, resolving, and migrating configuration.
• Migrating NSX-V Edges.
• Migrating ESXi Hosts.
• Conducting standard testing for the solution.
