The Position
Join an independent engineering consultancy at the forefront of the Energy and Building Services Engineering sector as a Principal Electrical Engineer.
You will work on varied and interesting projects that make a sustainable improvement to end-users.
The role as a Principal includes but is not limited to:
- Leading the development of the briefing and strategy for a project
- Ensuring the day-to-day running of projects and deliverables are carried out with input from other staff
- Establish and nurture client relationships and identify additional opportunities with client base
You must have the strong ability to direct, motivate and manage team members across multiple projects.
You will be working within a clear and supportive development framework and they will help you flourish and expand both within the team and as an individual. Your development framework is tracked and progressed through regular one-to-one sessions with your line manager. There are also clear pathways for progression within the company personally tailored to your training and career aspirations.
They hold regular collaborative workshops 'Wired Wednesdays' and CPD sessions to bring the team together and help them keep abreast of industry changes and new products, share insights, and encourage the team to develop holistically.
