Your new key responsibilities include:
- Working on a broad range of technical challenges, from application requirements for new products to product verification
- Translating customer needs into product specifications and robust implementations in the field of power transistors
- Developing your own simulation models and leveraging circuit simulations to analyze and optimize product behavior within application circuits
- Defining targets for new semiconductor power frontend technologies and packaging concepts
- Acting as a technical expert within interdisciplinary project teams, collaborating closely with technology development, packaging, and application engineering
- Driving innovation by contributing your own ideas to create impactful new products that secure long-term business success
You're a solution-driven team player with a passion for innovation, and you enjoy working across disciplines to bring ideas to life. Open-minded, curious, and committed to excellence, you value clear communication, structured problem-solving, and creating tangible value through your work.
You are a great fit for this role if you have:
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable technical field
- 5+ years of professional experience in power electronics product development, device modeling, application engineering, or process integration
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, self-driven working style
- Solid English proficiency, German skills or the willingness to learn are a plus
