£66,190 - £75,010 inclusive of London Weighting.

We are seeking to recruit a Principal Lawyer who can demonstrate excellent legal, technical and professional skills to advise on a wide range of legal issues, on all aspects of Commercial Property Law including sales, acquisitions, restructuring ground leases, rights of light and infrastructure projects.

Applicants will be solicitors or barristers FILEX/CILEX members with the appropriate level of post qualification experience preferably with some experience at a senior level in local government.
