The Role:
As a Principal Planner within the Cardiff Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile projects, including strategic planning, development management, and project coordination for various private and public sector clients.

1. MRTPI qualified
2. Commercial mindset with the ability to apply planning knowledge effectively within the wider property context

5. Confident in client-facing situations and skilled at managing projects from inception to completion
