About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Principal Planner (Infrastructure & S106) to lead on the negotiation, monitoring, and implementation of Section 106 agreements, ensuring that financial and non-financial planning obligations deliver real benefits to communities. You will also take the lead in preparing and managing the Council's Infrastructure Management Plan (IMP) to ensure infrastructure projects align with strategic priorities in the Replacement Local Development Plan (RLDP).
