• Ensure top-tier design quality across all user interaction points, establishing robust processes and best practices for scalable design solutions.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to synchronise the company's vision with product strategies and objectives.
• Focus on delivering high-impact work through improving current features and pioneering forward-thinking product iterations.

• Empower team growth through mentoring, setting performance benchmarks, and facilitating career progression.
• Contribute actively to people-focused initiatives including recruitment, development, organisational structure, and advancement frameworks.
• Nurture an innovative environment encouraging designers to achieve excellence and recognise their success.

• Demonstrated success in crafting superior consumer and enterprise application experiences, with a legacy as either a senior individual contributor or in a design leadership capacity.
• Expertise in research, visual and interaction design, and prototyping coupled with a strong appreciation for seamlessly embedding brand elements into user experiences.
• A proactive approach to identifying pivotal user and business challenges, collecting insights, and executing your vision efficiently.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills to collaborate effectively and enhance team success.

• Proven history of supervising and launching top-tier mobile and web products.
• Deep understanding of brand integration and crafting modern, user-focused experiences.
• Expert level proficiency in Figma.
• Proven problem-solving acumen with a flair for critical and creative thinking.
• Openness to challenge norms while advocating for user-centric solutions.
