Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex maritime projects from start to finish. Your role will include leading teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll oversee project planning, risk management, and quality control, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of excellence.

Lead and manage multi-disciplinary maritime projects

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality

Manage financial and contract aspects of projects, including change control

Conduct risk assessments and manage opportunities to ensure project success

Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Support and mentor junior project management team members in their professional development

What We're Looking For:

A relevant degree and technical background in maritime engineering or a related field

Proven project management experience, with a track record of delivering successful projects

Familiarity with NEC contracts and commercial management

Strong leadership and communication skills
