Our client is looking for a skilled and driven Principal to join their Transport Planning team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, particularly within the Bristol property sector.
• Contributing to revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Taking financial responsibility for projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to provide top-notch transport planning solutions.
• Leading by example and offering guidance and mentorship to team members.

About you:

• Holds a relevant degree and professional chartership (or equivalent qualification).
• Has significant experience in senior transport planning roles, with deep technical knowledge of transport assessments, travel plans, environmental statements, Masterplanning, and highway design.
• Is skilled in building and nurturing client relationships, securing new business, and managing project delivery.
• Is well-connected within Bristol's property sector and always on the lookout for new opportunities.
• Has strong financial acumen and contributes to the overall growth and performance of the business.
