We are seeking a talented Principal/Associate Flood Risk Consultant to join our growing team and make a real impact in the built environment. As a key leader within the team, you will take responsibility for managing and delivering flood risk and drainage projects across a diverse portfolio. From shaping residential and commercial developments to contributing to large-scale infrastructure initiatives, your work will play a critical role in creating designs.

We're looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient individual with:
- A strong background in flood risk management, including expertise in FRAs, drainage strategies, and SuDS design.
- Chartered status or progress toward professional accreditation (e.g., CIWEM, ICE).
- Comprehensive knowledge of current legislation, standards, and guidance related to flood risk and drainage in the UK.
- Experience managing projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
