Summary

50 + projects are being supported in the Immunology Therapeutic Area within the PK Sciences department. We provide PK and PK/PD strategies from early discovery all the way through to registration and beyond. The Immunology portfolio represents a balanced and broad portfolio of modalities spanning from classical small molecule candidates over to targeted protein degraders, and multiple variants of biologics modalities extending to CAR-T cell therapies and T-cell engagers. Since our portfolio is growing, our Team likes to expand by adding a Team member who will drive projects through Project Start and Lead Optimizations incl. First-in-Human (FiH) and all clinical phases.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Independently represents PK Sciences as a core member of cross-functional Teams supporting projects.
  2. Leads a PKS sub-team to define and implement PKS strategy for compound progression and development.
  3. Analyze and interpret PK/PD/IG data generated during and present results to the program.
  4. Proactively identifies potential project hurdles, provides solutions, and contributes to contingency plans.
  5. Presents PKS plans at various review boards and seeks approval for overall project strategy and budget.
  6. Publishes internally or externally as main contributor to enhance Novartis and PK Sciences visibility.

Please note this is a hybrid role - there is a requirement of a minimum of three days on site in the London office per week or twelve days a month. We are unable to offer permit sponsorship for this role.
