Join this dynamic Private Tax team, where we specialize in advising privately owned businesses, wealthy individuals, family enterprises, and private equity-backed companies on UK and international tax matters. We're looking for Directors with corporate tax expertise to play a key role in our expanding team.

In this Role, You Will:

1. Manage a broad portfolio, delivering expert tax advisory services to diverse clients, including well-known brands.
2. Work closely with experienced Partners and Directors, developing new client relationships and pursuing growth opportunities.
3. Collaborate across teams on complex projects and stay updated on technical tax developments.
4. Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.

About You:

1. ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive experience in UK and international corporate tax.
2. Skilled in client relationship management, business development, and complex problem-solving.
3. A strong communicator and proactive team leader with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
