Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

As a key member of the Private Client team, you will handle a varied caseload, advising clients on a wide range of private client matters, including:

1. Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
2. Managing estate administration and probate matters.
3. Providing expert guidance on trusts and estate planning.
4. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
5. Collaborating with financial advisers and accountants for comprehensive client support.
6. Contributing to business development and promoting their Private Client services.

Our client is looking for the following experience and qualifications:

1. A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (minimum 12 months PQE).
2. Strong technical expertise in private client law.
3. Exceptional communication skills with a client-focused approach.
4. Ability to manage multiple cases effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
5. A proactive and professional attitude, with a passion for networking and business development.
6. Ideally STEP qualified.
