Our client, a leader in professional services, is looking for experienced Private Client Tax Managers to join their Financial Services Tax practice within Private Client Tax. As part of this dynamic and hugely successful team, you'll be actively encouraged to consult, share specialist knowledge, and new ideas as they continue to innovate and deliver a best-in-class service.

Specializing in the Alternative Investment Fund sector, their Private Client team advises wealthy individuals and their businesses. You will be collaborating within the firm's Private Client and AIF networks. This team supports clients in navigating business changes, complexity, and risk by offering deep tax, legal, and people expertise. The client base will include multinational organizations, public sector bodies, entrepreneurs, and family businesses.

You will work closely with Private Client Partners and Directors to develop new client relationships and identify market opportunities. As an expert trusted advisor, you will manage a diverse portfolio, including international high net worth individuals and private equity funds, advise on tax issues, and deliver sessions at client and knowledge events.

• Must possess a CTA/ACCA Qualification (or an international equivalent).
• Possess detailed and up-to-date UK tax knowledge in the personal tax space with experience in complex tax issues for owners, founders, executives, and privately or family-owned businesses.
• Experience with international aspects such as residence, domicile, and arriving/leaving the UK is crucial due to the global footprint and international mobility of their clients.
• Experience working with clients in the private equity and broader Alternative Investment Fund industry is preferable.
• Partnership tax experience is beneficial due to the partnership aspects of many clients.
