Process Engineer

Nexeo is currently looking for a Process Engineer/Tax Compliance Expert.

Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company supporting clients in banking, finance, and insurance through transformation projects, from business consulting to IT implementation.

Process Engineer/Tax Compliance Expert - Main responsibilities:

• Manage tax topics and projects within the Cluster Market side
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to define solutions and build business cases
• Perform impact analyses and refine business, regulatory, and legal requirements
• Design and improve tax-related processes
• Work closely with the IT team and participate in Agile ceremonies
• Report on project status and lead change management initiatives
• Collect, understand, and challenge stakeholder needs

Profile:

• Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in investment and tax compliance
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in leading projects and working independently

Skills:

• Effective communicator and team player
• Driven to find creative solutions
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
