We are recruiting for a Process Improvement Manager with London Markets and strong Process Improvement experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Inside IR35

Hybrid- 2 days a week onsite in London

Experience:
  • A proven track record of defining and delivering complex optimisation initiatives
  • Extensive London Market Insurance business analysis experience and knowledge of CI/ Lean methodologies
  • Extensive experience of understanding the relationships, dependencies and impacts of change on multiple systems, teams and processes
  • Experience of formal change structure and disciplines
  • Appreciation of various Change Management methodologies
  • Experience with underwriting
  • Process improvement experience
  • DUA (Terrorism and PI) experience- nice to have
