Procurement Transformation Lead

Lorien's large gaming client is currently recruiting for a Procurement Transformation Lead to join on an outside IR35 contract basis.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:

• Demonstrable evidence of expertise in design, rationalisation, and delivery of Procurement and business processes - specifically; supplier onboarding, contracting processes, and operational governance.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty, propose pragmatic solutions, and align agendas of diverse stakeholder groups.
• Able to demonstrate working at pace and in conditions of ambiguity.
• Knowledge of facilitation and workshopping techniques.
• Understanding of the Procurement technology landscape - specifically contract management, supplier onboarding, and workflow management.
