We have an exciting opportunity to join our award winning software company as a product engineer. Working as part of our ArcGIS Localisation team, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop a broad skill set and take real ownership of the product development lifecycle. As part of our team of Product Engineers, you'll support the release of UK products and work across Esri UK's suite of software and data offerings. You'll become a subject matter expert for one or more UK-based products, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business to drive innovation and ensure quality.

Key Responsibilities as a Product Engineer:

  • Becoming a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of the capabilities, deployment, and configuration of designated products
  • Ensuring product quality through the creation and execution of test scripts, as well as conducting exploratory testing
  • Supporting new product releases by managing environments and creating help content and other product documentation
  • Providing second-line support to resolve product-related issues
  • Contributing to product marketing by creating 'how-to' videos, writing blogs, and supporting webinars
  • Actively contributing by suggesting product improvements and enhancements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to support the growth and successful implementation of UK products
  • Have experience with testing tools, including test automation and performance testing
  • Understand GIS technology and the ArcGIS Platform
  • Pay close attention to detail, with the ability to analyse documentation and processes with precision
  • Are organised and adaptable, able to manage shifting priorities, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Are ready to become the go-to expert for your product, supported by a knowledgeable and collaborative team

Location: Aylesbury, Cambridge, Edinburgh or Home-based

  • We offer a competitive basic salary (starting from at least £34k) plus a generous bonus paying c. 20% per annum
