This is the job

As the Product Lead for AA-X Ventures, you will be responsible for our B2C product, Vixa. Reporting directly to the Head of Product and as a key member of the Vixa squad, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AA-X.

You'll develop market-leading connected car products that make a real difference to drivers and owners. You will be responsible for product development and in-life product management, rapidly evolving our offering to scale products from 0-1.

What will I be doing?

• Product Strategy and Vision:Work with the Head of Product to validate customer-centric product visions that support the overall business strategy and commercial goals. Ensure the product roadmap for Vixa is delivered and drives towards the overall vision and strategy.
• Product Development & Performance:Accountable for in-life product performance through management of customer churn as a key metric. Implement a product performance approach to constantly measure and learn how customers are using our product, using this insight to underpin future roadmap and prioritisation.
• Market Analysis:Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to step-change our offering. Advocate for customer research and insight to ensure decisions are rooted in a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Leadership and Team Management:Ensure excellence in the squad by creating an environment for high performance. Drive an innovative and collaborative culture between disciplines to develop the best products at pace.

What do I need?

• Extensive product experience in fast-moving environments, building products from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience building, scaling, and optimising B2C apps.
• Proven leadership of high-performing squads within challenging environments.
• Strong ability to define and execute customer-centric product strategies.
• Exceptional collaborator with a talent for building strong cross-functional relationships.
• Experienced in agile development methodologies and fostering a growth mindset culture.
