We're looking for a Product Manager to join an impactful team, drive engagement and develop long-term relationships with consumers and shoppers.
This role will be based in our office in London and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days working remotely. Regular travel to Slough will be required to engage with our wonderful Consumer and Shopper Engagement (CSE) colleagues!
Relocation support is not offered.
Core Responsibilities
- Combine your product management knowledge and strategic approach to develop an ambitious and clear vision and goals for one of the products in the CSE Product portfolio.
- Understand the overarching business goals and translate these to product strategy, objectives, and key results in close collaboration with partners and the product team, so they're aligned and invested in the strategic direction.
- Turn strategy into delivery, navigating the complexities of internal customers to release measurable value small and often, that brings us closer to our ultimate vision for CSE products.

Do you have what it takes?
- Experienced Product Manager leading successful, cross functional agile product teams.
- Passionate about delivering value to customers early and often, having fun whilst doing it, and looking after your team.
- Successfully solved problems for your customers and delivered against objectives and key results of the organisation.
- Phenomenal communicator and empathetic, you can build effective relationships with partners quickly.
- Ability to quickly gain the confidence of the business and colleagues through good communication and influencing skills and acting as an advocate of the Product Management team both externally and internally.
- Strong data and interpretation skills, with the ability to influence partners through data findings.
- Experience working with internal products, ideally in a customer-service environment, is desirable.
- Technically curious, with a good understanding of software development practices.
