A market-leading insurtech company is seeking a Product Manager to join their innovative product team. They're on a mission to connect the insurance community through cutting-edge technology, and they need your expertise to drive this.

The Role:

• Own and champion product development from concept to launch, driving collaboration across product engineering teams
• Develop strategic product vision and roadmap that delivers exceptional value to customers
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize product execution
• Build and maintain product backlog while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Coach product owners and nurture a thriving product community

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the insurance sector
• Insurance industry knowledge with relevant certifications (such as CII)
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, product management, engineering, or related field
• Strong expertise in product life cycle management and Agile methodologies
• Proven track record in customer-centric product development and data-driven decision making
