Our brands, Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting, are already leading the pack, but we're just getting started. We're seeking a dynamic Product Manager to deliver high-impact digital product initiatives.
The Mission:
As a Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platforms. This role will contribute to the enhancing and scaling of our existing propositions, whilst also supporting the next generation of our marketplace. The role requires a data driven, customer focused approach to optimise user experience and drive product growth.

- Lead delivery of key product initiatives with the Engineering Team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of product initiatives.
- Define clear, actionable requirements for new features or products.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications.
- Define and drive the product roadmap, aligning product goals with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis gathering market trends, customer insights and data analytics to refine to identify unique value propositions and differentiators.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation.
The Specs (What We'll Need From You):
- You're a Product Manager with proven experience in delivering digital products, with a solid understanding of product management principles.
- You're able to inspire and mentor, whilst fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- You've worked closely with engineering teams, and have a track record of collaborating to deliver great outcomes.
- You're comfortable working autonomously, and able to prioritise effectively whilst making informed decisions.
- If you're familiar with marketplace dynamics and challenges and have direct experience - this is highly valuable to us.
- Familiarity with transaction flows, user journeys and conversion optimisation is also highly desirable.
- If you've worked agency side or within a start-up/scale-up, this'll be highly advantageous.
The Pit Stop:
Operating in a hybrid way, you'll spend your time split between our Parsons Green office in London, and working remotely. You'll need full UK working rights (sorry, we're unable to provide sponsorship for this position).
The Fuel:
- 25 days holiday (plus an additional day each year after 2 years tenure).
- Private medical insurance for you and your family with Vitality.
- Annual learning and development budget.
- Company pension contribution.
- The opportunity to attend amazing automotive and watch events.
- A chance to grow your career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
