- Take ownership of and develop relationships with key partners including banks, fintech players and product providers.
- Own and refine the partnership strategy to align with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Lead negotiations and manage deal execution to ensure favourable commercial terms.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
- Track partnership performance and adjust strategies to optimize impact.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging fintech opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or product management with a commercial focus.
- Proven success in managing and executing strategic partnerships in fintech, banking or related industries.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with stablecoins and cross-border payment ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of international markets and diverse partner ecosystems.
