Your Mission: Build a Best-in-Class Rollout FunctionHigh trust, high integrity deployment teams and processes pave the way for Automata to outpace the competition. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating the seamless deployment of software updates and product rollouts that instill confidence, drive adoption, and enhance our customers' experience.
Your Core Responsibilities30% - Communication & Stakeholder Management
Own strategic release communications, ensuring clarity and alignment across Execs, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Provide upward and outward reporting, ensuring full visibility on release plans, risks, and impact.
Gather and incorporate feedback loops to continuously refine our rollout strategy.
25% - Release Planning & Execution
Lead forward planning across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Customer Success, ensuring smooth, well-coordinated releases.
Champion release readiness, keeping teams aligned, risks mitigated, and rollouts predictable.
15% - Process Optimization & Automation
Implement best-in-class deployment processes, standardizing release checklists and workflows.
Continuously enhance incident response procedures, ensuring our rollouts are resilient, auditable, and scalable.
️ 15% - Risk Management & Compliance
Establish robust risk assessment frameworks that proactively identify and mitigate deployment risks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
15% - Post-Release Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Define and track release performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Continuously refine and improve post-release monitoring and auditing frameworks.
5+ years of experience in Digital Project/Program Management, Software Delivery, or Release Management.
B2B SaaS experience, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong expertise in policy and procedure development, ideally within recognized international standards.
Exceptional communication skills-you can translate complex technical processes into clear, actionable insights.
A structured, analytical, and problem-solving mindset-you thrive in environments where precision meets speed.
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharma).
Familiarity with automated deployment pipelines, DevOps best practices, and compliance frameworks.
