Job Title: Production Engineer - Offshore Wind Service

Location: Newcastle/Sunderland/Durham, UK

Job Type: Contract, 6 month rolling contract

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join our clients team at the Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Farm Project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of wind turbine power production through continual improvement and standardization of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate safe delivery of wind turbine power production.
2. Ensure high standards of quality and safety in site maintenance operations.
3. Collaborate with customers and technology teams to achieve high performance delivery.
4. Monitor and manage production-based availability metrics.
5. Develop and improve standard operating procedures.
6. Support technician competency development and alarm handling feedback.
7. Participate in process, quality, and safety improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Degree in engineering or equivalent professional education/apprenticeship.
2. Extensive experience in offshore wind maintenance operations.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work offshore as required.

Location: Primary location will be the Dogger Bank O&M Base at the Port of Tyne, South Shields.
