Production Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join our clients team within a leading kitchen manufacturing company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in production management to oversee our kitchen production processes and lead a skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day production operations within the kitchen manufacturing department.
2. Ensure the efficient use of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet production targets.
3. Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.
4. Implement and enforce production procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
5. Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high standards of performance.
6. Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
7. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Hourly Rate: Your salary is negotiable depending on experience. Please apply for further details.

Working Hours: You will be working 39hrs a week with the potential for overtime. Standard working hours will be Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30.

6. Proficient in using production management software and other relevant tools.
