Program Specialist, WW SAFE-T

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about managing challenging, lengthy projects across multiple teams and locations. We are looking for a Program Specialist who shares Amazon's passion for the customer-someone who understands the importance of compelling delivery programs in creating an overall customer (seller and buyer) experience.

In this role you will be responsible for working closely with sellers, operations, and WW POCs to identify and alleviate their acute/short-term issues. You will also partner with product management teams to identify long-term delivery and fulfillment features and programs to improve the seller and customer experience on the Amazon platform. This role holder is expected to be the program SME, who can audit SAFE-T investigations operations and work closely with them to improve SX.

Key job responsibilities

The Program Specialist in this role will have the below responsibilities:

1. Analyze SOPs and data behind SAFE-T claims and identify process improvement ideas, targeting improvement of Seller experience, Investigator experience, and operational efficiency.
2. Audit Investigations Operations regularly to identify SOP/Process ambiguities and work with WW Store POCs to get these fixed.
3. Support with needed operational activities for launching SAFE-T in new Stores/Programs and new initiatives in existing Stores/Programs that we support.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of SQL
