Who are we looking for? Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in transforming the maintenance landscape for electrical and mechanical assets across the UK? As the leader of our Mechanical and Electrical Locking team, you'll be responsible for planning and executing long-term maintenance strategies. You'll lead the development of our business plan, manage and coordinate a large front line organisation across the UK, and ensure that our team is well-resourced, competent, and equipped to meet all maintenance requirements.

The refurbishment and maintenance of these signal boxes often involve recovering and refurbishing parts in-house due to the unique nature of the equipment. Whilst we are predominantly known for our expertise in mechanical signalling, our wide skills base means that we also carry out works for other parts of the business as requested.

If you are passionate about protecting railway heritage whilst bringing on the next generation to ensure that these special assets have a long-term future in a critically challenging but rewarding area, we want to hear from you.
