We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Controls Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support project management activities by ensuring effective cost control, scheduling, and risk management. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in project controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project managers in execution and control.
- Develop and manage project budgets, estimates, forecasts, and controls.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Generate and present detailed project reports.
- Ensure accuracy in project data and reports.
- Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze project data for actionable insights.
- Use project management and controls software.
- Address project challenges and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, or cost management.
- Proficiency in project controls software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Polarion, Jira, IBM Engineering, Power BI).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
