Project Engineer Electricity

agap2 is a European consultancy company specialized in engineering. We are active in various industrial sectors such as large infrastructure works, life sciences (pharmaceuticals/chemistry/biotech), energy and transport. We are present in 13 European countries, and in Belgium since 2013.

We are looking for skilled professionals to support large-scale industrial projects, ensuring technical excellence and project success from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project phases, from drafting technical specifications to design, execution follow-up, and final commissioning.
• Act as a key driver in design, package leadership, and contract management, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a strong integration within the team environment.
• Manage contract packages, including negotiation, contract follow-up, and budgetary control.
• Develop and oversee project planning, proactively mitigating risks and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, coordinating technical requirements and ensuring smooth interactions with engineering offices.
• Ensure full compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Profile:

• Civil or industrial engineering degree in electromechanics or electricity.
• Proven track record in industrial projects, with a strong advantage in Life Sciences.
• Expertise in design, package leadership, and contract management.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and simulation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in project planning and budget control.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Native level in French, fluent level in English and Dutch is a plus.
