Brief Description
We are currently recruiting for a Project Leader (Change) to join the planning team at London Puddle Dock. This role will be predominantly focused on Reporting & Data Analysis. You will also be expected to manage the development and delivery of change projects to agreed scope, time, cost and quality requirements, working with Function Directors, Executive Sponsors and their representatives.
Please note: this is a 12 month secondment / fixed term contract opportunity.

Key Accountabilities
- Agree remit and success criteria of change projects with the relevant Executive Sponsors and Functional Directors.
- Manage the development and delivery of change projects in compliance with company processes and procedures.
- Manage the production of project management plans for change projects.
- Establish and manage collaborative cross-functional virtual teams to deliver change projects, where appropriate.
- Deliver regular progress reports on change projects, including relevant risks and issues, to Executive Sponsors and Functional Directors.
- Manage project budgets within agreed targets.
- Promote and monitor the use of efficiency improvement methods.
- Disseminate lessons learnt.
Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- Experience of working in change projects
- Understanding of applying project methodologies
- Experience of extracting information and reporting from multiple sources (e.g. SharePoint, Power-BI)
- Experience of analysing management data to provide information to team managers to enable informed decision making.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with proven ability to present information effectively and appropriately
- Knowledge of Engineering Access Planning systems and processes
- Educated to degree level
- Member of project association
- Commercial and financial awareness.
Salary and benefits:
- Salary £35,582 to £40,830 dependent on skills and experience of successful candidate.
