At the heart of our business, we have a Localisation Operations function that is responsible for the delivery of all localisation services to our clients, and within sits our Project Management team. This talented team of Project Managers are responsible for our end to end workflow, and are at the cutting edge of our exciting localisation process. As we scale, the number of projects, and the quality bar we can achieve, increases exponentially - this is where you come in!
Your profileAs Project Management Lead, you'll be joining at a critical time to:
- Manage and provide expert guidance to our Project Management team
- Take point on key client projects - ensuring we exceed the expectations of our customers
- Own key delivery metrics and KPIs pertaining to all aspects of our Projects
- Work closely with our Product team to help identify, prioritise and shape new product features that we can leverage to improve our tool.
- Work with our Customer team to translate evolving customer requirements into first class service delivery processes
- A proven track record 8+ years leading teams of project managers in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- A deep knowledge of the localisation industry is preferred
- Experience coaching, mentoring and managing a highly skilled team of project managers
- Strong skillset as a project manager - the ability to parallel track complex projects, troubleshoot to improve workflows, and always scan the horizon for service improvements
- Experience working closely with commercial teams (sales and account management) to get into the weeds of client expectations and how we can best meet them
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in product management and/or process improvement are all a bonus
