Job Description

My client is a creative agency located in Manchester, specialising in music, entertainment, and sports. They work with some of the biggest brands in the industry, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team for a 10-month FTC. You will be playing a key role in driving creative projects in sponsorship, partnerships, and creator activation.

Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage creative projects, from ideation through to delivery, within the music, entertainment, and sports sectors.
  • Work on a mix of social, creative strategy and execution, including sponsorships, partnerships, and creator activations.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee strategies that resonate with Gen Z audiences, particularly within the football sector.
  • Manage and coordinate partnerships with rights holders, football clubs, and athletes/players, ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns and activations.
  • Handle both creative and strategic elements of projects while managing client relationships and expectations.
  • Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Key Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish to a high level (both written and spoken) is essential for communication with international partners and clients.
  • A strong background in project management within a creative agency environment, with proven expertise in delivering large-scale creative projects.
  • A deep understanding of global and football, including knowledge of trends, fan behaviors, and cultural nuances in the football industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing marketing strategies in football, particularly those targeted at Gen Z audiences.
  • Comfort and experience working across various partnerships, including collaborating with rights holders, football clubs, and athlete/player campaigns.
  • Experience working with media partners with a focus on digital and social media-driven campaigns.

Work Location and Flexibility:

  • This role offers remote flexibility, with the expectation of being in the office 2-3 days a week.
