Job Description

Position: Project Manager - Commercial Fitout

Location: London

Salary: £50,000 - £57,000 + Bonus & Package

They are seeking a dynamic individual for their Commercial Projects Team in London. As a Project Manager, you'll spearhead cutting-edge office fit-out projects, including high-profile Category A (CAT-A) and Category B (CAT-B) projects that define the iconic London Skyline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, milestones, timelines, and essential resources.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise closely with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams for seamless alignment and project progression.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project finances, track expenses, and uncover cost-saving opportunities while ensuring exceptional quality.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and address issues impacting timelines or outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish robust quality control protocols to maintain project standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Reporting: Compile regular progress reports, project documentation, and updates for both internal teams and clients.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and industry standards throughout projects.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and lead project teams, fostering collaboration and driving productivity.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in managing commercial fitout projects, particularly within London's top-tier office spaces.
  • MRICS Chartership Advantageous.
  • 5 years of consultancy experience.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost management, and contract negotiation.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
